How to Flash Stock Firmware Cyanogenmod 12 On Lenovo Zuk Z1 With TWRP Recovery

Well immediately after I click at "flash factory firmware" I get the "no stock firmware found" error.
So it seems that the all in one tool can't find no stock images to flash?

If I choose other brands then Zuk z1 (for example nexus) then the drop-down of images and the download of them work. Only on Zuk z1, the error appears.

I would like to try to flash with fastboot, but I don't know how. I have downloaded the cm-12.1-YOG4PAS9IG-ham-signed-fastboot-b9cce4220b.zip but do not know how to flash directly.
